Considering priorities and operation efficiency, the order of operations will be

1. RGB mosaic from 120 m agl (Goal 1) (adjust height to get the work done in 1 flight)
2. Tetracam mosaic (Goal 4) (Probably 2 flights)
3. Radiometry from 15 m agl
   1. Transects (Goal 5)
   2. Grids (Goal 5)
4. RGB from 5 m agl (Goal 2)
   1. Transects (Goal 2)
   2. Grids (Goal 3)

After Tetracam mosaic, depending on time and weather, decide if we go for all 3 or for 3a and 4a
